Hi Pebble!
Thanks very much for your interest in the new version of NoviiAnimator! We have indeed been working extra hours to meet our deadline for release of the new version, and we are almost there.
If you purchased NoviiAnimator previously, and your e-mail address hasn't changed, you should automatically receive the new version in your In-Box within the next day or two.
If you have any questions whatsoever, please don't hesitate to write us at service_na@novii.com.
The new convertor is a huge step forward for this product, and we hope you will enjoy it.
Thanks very much for your business.

I Look forward to using the converter! I'm an animator by trade, and have been using Novii Animator to block out my scenes when I'm not at work.

Hi Pebble,
We love hearing from our customers about how they are using our products. It is wonderful that professional animators have found NoviiAnimator to be useful. I just wanted to let you know that the new version is still being tested, but we are very close to releasing it. Thanks for your patience!

We're sorry for the delay in issuing the new version of NoviiAnimator with the convertor. We found some bugs in the release version, and our busy correcting them now. Our target date for release is January 10th.
The only changes to the Palm version of the software is to permit the import of images from your PC, onto the Palm OS device. The images from your PC can then be used within your animations.

Is there a new estimate of the release date. I have only had it a few weeks and love it and so do my kids. I would like to be able to import and export to the pc.
Also, is there any chance that the tool used to select a portion of the screen for moving or copying could have enhancements such as
--the ability to rotate the selection
--the ability to draw the edges to select as opposed to just a rectangle.
Thanks. Its still great as is.

Thanks for the praise! It is always nice to hear positive feedback from our customers, and especially when kids have taken a liking to our product.
If you haven't already, be sure to take a look at the animations our users have created in the Gallery in the Animator section of our website. You can look at the animations on your PC, or even import your favorite animations to your device. This can provide an endless source of entertainment, and if you trust them with your handheld, makes a great show-and-tell at school.
Regarding the long-awaited release of the update, I'm pleased to announce that we have performed the final bug fixes. The new version will be sent out by e-mail to all registered customers in within the next few days.
As to your suggestions for new features, we will definitely take them into account when we create the next version. I'll admit that after more than a year of work put into the current new release, we will take a little break to focus on our remote control products.

Hello Derek,
Novii is currently saturated with other urgent projects, and our developers are unable to work on the hi-res version of NoviiAnimator. We'll try to make a decision about whether we will create a new version soon. Unfortunately, the level of sales of the Animator has not been high enough to justify a lot of new work.
