| I have sent numerous emails to Novii support and customer service about my paid order for Novii Animator and have yet to hear from them on why I have still not been sent my registration code. This is very frustrating and at this point I feel I have been ripped off by your company. My order confirmation is noviimedia-3348 and is dated Sept 2nd. |

We've send the registration key for your copy of NoviiAnimator three times - on time was at the 3 of September and two times at the 7th of September. As you have not received our messages, seems that they were blocked by your spam-filters or your mailbox is full. We recommend that you tune your anti-spam system for accepting all messages from the domain @novii.com
However, the registration key for your copy of NoviiAnimator is 12215458

| i forgot my owner name and my activation key for my novii remote i ordered it under a different email and i cant remember what the registration key was is there a way i can get it from you or do i have to re-order it |
