How do I use the converter?

As you still have problem with Converter, please perform the following steps and provide us with more information, so we'll be able to help you:

Please let us know what handheld do you own.

1) Are you sure your handheld contains any animations you've created?

2) Synchronize the contents of you handheld to your Windows PC.

3) Run Converter on your Windows PC.

4) On the first window of the Converter check on the "Export animation" check box and press Next

5) On the next windows check on the "Select a user account name of your handheld" check box. Please let us know what items do you see in the list under this check box. Select there the user name of your handheld and press Next.

6) At the bottom part of the next window you'll see a list of all animations stored on your handheld. What names do you see there?

Answer the questions above. Please let us know the steps where you face problems.
